Just a sleeping bum. Nothing special. He/She did at least hang their coat up before sleeping. Sleeping Beauty was found right off 20th street, next to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.

Sleeping Beauty
Just a sleeping bum. Nothing special. He/She did at least hang their coat up before sleeping. Sleeping Beauty was found right off 20th street, next to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
